The Ibrahim Ahmad Archive houses a comprehensive documentary and cultural collection that documents the life and work of the Kurdish writer and intellectual Ibrahim Ahmad (1914–2000), one of the foremost pioneers of Kurdish national literature and thought in Iraq. It includes manuscripts, personal papers, literary and intellectual writings, correspondence, photographs, and other archival materials that reflect his creative and cultural journey, as well as his role in shaping modern Kurdish cultural and political consciousness. This section aims to preserve Ibrahim Ahmad’s intellectual legacy and make it accessible to researchers and the wider public, serving as a scholarly resource for the study of contemporary Kurdish literature, thought, and culture.
